A gentleman started telling his experience that I started feeling sick. The body parts were weak and brittle. Nerves were stretched, weakness prevailed in the heart. At times, there was darkness and dizziness in front of the eyes. The condition was always restless and unsettled. I also used light medicine.

Temporarily, the health was fine, apparently, there was no disease, and the condition was like that of patients. Slowly my breath started gasped. If I climbed even a few steps, my breathing would become rapid and irregular. This situation was more worrying for me. My home was made up in such a way that climbing the stairs was my compulsion, now I either leave the house or make some arrangement for it.

Since it was a printing business, sometimes I would lift something heavy and it would become impossible for me to lift it and my heart rate would be very high. The face was red, the veins of the hands and feet were swollen. It often happened that the hands and feet began to feel numb and did not recover for a long time. Loving children and playing with them at home was my interesting pastime, now for some days I didn't even want to play because even this little movement would make me forget to breathe and my body would break down. Anger became so much in my nature that sometimes I started to feel ashamed of myself, irritability and anxiety increased, I was ready to fight to the death over anything and many friends were disappointed and angry with this attitude of mine. Heard about tension, depression but never tried it, when I was exposed to it, I became very worried. A friend advised me to take a test. After the test, it was found that cholesterol, uric acid and triglycerides are very high. If such a situation has happened, one may have a heart attack or brain hemorrhage or stroke. Now the doctors prescribed more expensive tests and expensive medicines. Meanwhile, When the honest friend of the market heard about my illness and tests, he said, "I used more expensive tests and expensive medicines than you, but it didn't work, my dear." Time was spent lining up laboratories and doctors. Then someone told me to eat Sorghum bread all day i.e. instead of wheat bread with curry anything you like to eat. Eat Sorghum bread only. I ate Sorghum bread 3 times a day for two months and became completely healthy.

 An old woman said that “Son” Sorghum bread was tried for typhoid, chronic fever, joint pain, and strength of body, and then indicated that it was best for the hidden ailments of women. A few words from the old lady comforted me and my satisfaction increased, brought home and started eating regular Sorghum bread.  I ate bread for a month, but after a few days, my health started to change. Hope for life was born and I felt that I was on a journey to wellness. I thought to do the test then,

Similarly, there was improvement in other tests as well. I kept using more. With further use came strength, power and new life to me. I still use it sometimes. My heart wants to make this diet a routine of life. For sugar high blood pressure and indigestion:

Take equal weight of Sorghum flour, Pearl Millet, Maize and Chickpeas and use as bread and other excellent dishes.

Diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, body weakness, nervous spasms, indigestion, acidity and sour belching, body enlargement and bloating are completely eliminated. You must also try it.

 Symptoms:

·        A red lump on your eyelid that is similar to a boil or a pimple.

·        Eyelid pain

·        Eyelid swelling

·        Tearing

Prescription:

      Red pigment made from powdered red lead, especially as applied as a dot on the forehead or in the parting of the hair of married Hindu women. 'The bindi is made of red powder (called sindur, traditionally made from powdered turmeric and fresh lime juice), sandal paste or cosmetics.

     Treatment: 

      Put this powder on your finger and apply it on the affected area, after two or three days it will be completely cured.

Liver diseases are one of the diseases that are incurable, but they are definitely among the dangerous diseases in the world. Liver diseases especially include hepatitis, liver cancer, liver shrinkage etc.

The following recipe is very useful for Jaundice and Hepatitis. An accidental prescription because the tip was suddenly found at a juncture. During a journey, some people were sitting in the train and talking about it, I thought why not turn them towards medical experiments and observations.

 Unforgettable observation:

I asked them, "You lived so long" Any prescription for any disease, tips, anecdotes, observation or any experience, if it has happened, tell me. Different people shared their observations. One of them said, I am employed in Natural Gas department, I am not fond of wisdom or herbs but one observation which I cannot forget is that one of my friends got jaundice. We were employed in the same department.

Drips, injections were used here and there so that the disease subsided, but then it prevailed, it was not ending. How long would a salaried person bear such expenses, left the big treatment and started using the general medicine.   

 In the meantime, it was learned from a visitor that a man on Chamberlain Road was giving medicine for jaundice for free and many patients were cured. I took my friend and went to him. He had some water with medicine, he put it in his nose and after a while yellow water started coming out of his nose and a lot came out. We paid the man back and within a few days our patient was cured.

We were very surprised and went to this man. He flatly refused to give the prescription. He said take the medicine as much as you want but not the prescription.

                                       Treatment: Luffa Echinata

Luffa echinata is an ayurvedic herb used in the treatment of jaundice, rhinitis, skin diseases, Cough, for inducing purgation, diseases of the liver and during difficulty in labor to dilate the uterus.

It is used for treatment of jaundice, rhinitis, cough, breathing, respiratory diseases, inducing purgation, diseases of the liver and spleen, during difficulty in labor to dilate the uterus. It is also used for haemorrhoids, tuberculosis, fever, inflammation, headache, sinusitis Dyspnoea, treat urinary tract infections, dysmenorrhea and difficulty in micturition. It is also used to treat ascites, intestinal colic, intestinal worms and ingested poison, skin diseases, ringworm and purification of blood. The fresh fruit juice and whole plant is given to induce emesis and purgation in cases of ingested poison.

Water will start flowing from both sides of the nose in a short while. Drink this water at least three times a day, drink a glass of this water in the morning and evening. Amazingly, jaundice, even black jaundice, disappears. It has been tested on not one but many patients and is a wonderful gift.

 Ever since I started diving into the world of pen and books, I have been trying to convey the valuable and unique secrets to the common man. I found many people who had valuable prescriptions, but they were ready to take it to the grave, but they were not ready to share the prescriptions for the good and healing of anyone. Achieved through hard work and continuous effort. For a long time, I was asking Allah to make such an arrangement that the precious secrets which were collected from the people and from different scholars, books and which are buried forever in the hearts of the people would be brought to the fore.

When you think about tips and home remedies, you may have lots of questions: Are these tips effective? How do they work? This book aims to answer them. It explains how to treat common health problems at home and when to use certain remedies. People in general have been practicing such tips for thousands of years. Present way of life can leave us feeling unnatural and disengaged. Several of our lifestyles, like poor diet and lack of movement, lead us to chronic disease.

While writing these experiences and valuable prescriptions, I tried to write it in a simple and easy way that everyone can use, even ordinary housewives, and perhaps it was this thought and feeling that helped to complete this book. Well, it is also a fact that while translating from one language to another, the expression cannot be expressed in the same way as it can be done in one's mother tongue. When this book was started to be translated from Urdu to English, many difficulties came in such a way that these herbs should be written in proper English so that our American and British brothers and sisters would not have difficulty in finding these things, and keeping in view this difficulty, an attempt has been made to explain everything by attaching a picture to solve it. For a long time there was a desire that these valuable articles should be given a book form so that every special and general can be satisfied. And it will become a source of healing for the people and this is what I want and this is my reward.
